We are seeking a highly professional, dynamic and dedicated Safety & Security Manager with CPP and CSMP certification, to fulfil a full-time contract within a VVIP UHNW private environment in Riyadh, KSA
This is a thrilling opportunity to lead the Security & Safety organization, managing all related activities and serving as the primary contact and trusted advisor to affiliate Security & Safety teams and management for benefit of all stakeholders, staff and Principals
Your responsibilities will include planning, implementing, driving, and monitoring security and safety programs to address and mitigate all risks to people and reputation. You will work to minimize accidents, injuries, fatalities, security losses, and property damage. Ensuring all risk mitigation plans and emergency response procedures are implemented, updated, and compliant with local legislation is crucial to avoid operational disruption
Requirements
· At least 5-10 years of experience managing security and safety operations within large hospitality operations
· Experience in handling and managing special situations
· Proven experience in service provider management
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
· Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
· CPP and CSMP certification preferred
