Role: House Manager/Butler

A returning client is seeking a well-rounded and very experienced hands-on House Manager/Butler to lead a team of international staff at their property in Dubai, UAE
The candidate should be switched-on and intuitive with a contemporary sensibility and flexibility, whilst being skilled at leading personal service
You will be confident overseeing a team of staff, leading by example, whilst being Client-focused. You will have proven of experience training new team members correcting issues as they arise and ensuring the highest of household standards are maintained
You will be liaising with the Family office and ensuring everything is aligned for the Principals within the residence, including overseeing food & beverage services, housekeeping and other departments and staff. You will oversee frequent travel preparations, liaise with suppliers and contractors and generally ensure everything is anticipated

• Be fluent in the English Language
• Have a valid DBS check or be willing to obtain one
• Have excellent contactable references
• Have 5+ years’ experience working as a House Manager/Butler within a private household
