Role: Daily Rota Nanny
Care for: G4 & G10
Days/Hours: 7 days on / 7 days off (11–12 hours per day in London & on-call when travelling)
Location: Kensington
Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 gross per year (depending on experience and qualifications)

We are seeking a fantastic, positive, personable, and highly experienced London-based Rota Nanny to join a HNW staffed household and work in partnership with the family. The role focuses on the development, care, and wellbeing of the two girls, ensuring a healthy and varied routine. This includes supervising the children daily, while also nurturing their emotional, social, and academic growth.
The family is looking for a discreet, professional nanny with a genuine interest in children and their development. This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional who is naturally warm, enthusiastic, team-oriented, and passionate about childcare.
The family travels worldwide, so flexibility and a willingness to travel during school holidays is essential. You will work collaboratively with household staff and in close partnership with Mum and Dad, undertaking all duties related to the children’s care, including but not limited to:
- Organising and rotating wardrobes, toys, and equipment (including preparing lists of items needed)
- Ensuring appropriate equipment is available for daily activities
- Coordinating children’s medical and other appointments
- Packing/unpacking for travel and preparing activities for trips
- Planning educational and developmental activities, as well as supporting homework
- Updating children’s diaries, organising parties, and sourcing gifts for friends’ birthdays
- Menu planning for the children and running occasional errands
The ideal candidate will have:
- 5+ years’ experience caring for children of similar ages
- Previous experience as a rota nanny and/or working within a fully staffed HNW household
- A proven track record of discretion, professionalism, and teamwork
- Strong organisational skills and a proactive approach
Salary will be offered in line with previous earnings, skills, qualifications, and experience. You must be comfortable with high standards in a home environment.
