Role: Driver / Property Manager
Days: Monday – Friday

A private household in Miami seeks a highly reliable and professional Driver with strong Property Manager abilities, to assist with the Principals local logistics to oversee daily property operations
The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Driving within the Miami area, excellent organizational skills, and experience coordinating household maintenance, vendors, and errands.
This is a dual-role position requiring flexibility, discretion, and a hands-on approach to both property oversight and personal driving duties with ability to seamlessly switch between management and driving
Driving & Errands
- Provide full-time driving support for the Principal during working hours, ensuring punctuality, safety, and confidentiality at all times.
- Maintain all household vehicles, including regular cleaning, fueling, and servicing.
- Run personal errands such as dry cleaning, grocery shopping, and deliveries.
- Coordinate logistics for airport transfers, meetings, and daily appointments.
Property Management
- Act as the main point of contact for all property contractors, including pool maintenance, gardeners, AV/tech specialists, painters, and other service providers.
- Oversee property upkeep, ensuring the home and grounds are maintained to the highest standard.
- Monitor and manage repairs, maintenance schedules, and vendor access.
- Handle household inventory, including managing storage units.
- Liaise with the management team to report updates, maintenance needs, and project progress.

• Have proven experience as a Private Driver, Property Manager, or House Manager within a private household or UHNW environment
• Have excellent knowledge of the Miami area, traffic patterns, and key locations
