A superb opportunity has arisen for a flexible and skilled Private Chef at CDP level or above to join a prestigious UHNW household in Dubai
Supporting a family of four, this role is ideal for a rising culinary professional with fine-dining or luxury hotel training who can deliver high-quality European and international cuisine in a family-focused environment.
Working independently within a well-organised household, you will prepare refined daily meals, support menu planning and contribute to the development of elevated dining service within the residence.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Daily preparation of fresh, healthy meals for a family of 4
- Cooking predominantly European and international cuisine
- Ability to deliver refined restaurant-style execution and family-style service
- Assist with weekly menu planning and adapt to dietary preferences
- Prepare child-friendly dishes as well as informal guest dining
- Support kitchen organisation and maintain hygiene and cleanliness
- Collaborate with household staff to coordinate ingredient procurement and stock management
- Source quality ingredients from local and specialist suppliers
- Adjust cooking style for adults vs children with focus on balanced nutrition
- Flexibility to support occasional travel if required
- Maintain discretion, confidentiality and UHNW household etiquette at all times
Candidate Requirements
- 3–5+ years professional experience in fine-dining / luxury hotel / Michelin-level restaurant environments
- Previous private UHNW/HNW household experience desirable but not essential
- Strong foundational background in European & international cuisine
- Confident working independently and proactively
- Calm, flexible, adaptable personality and a positive team attitude
- Ability to handle last-minute changes and dynamic family scheduling
- Already Dubai-based with own accommodation
