Domestic Couple – Live-in

Accommodation: Separate 2-bedroom staff apartment
Estimated gross package expectation: €70,000–€100,000+ DOE

A professional and proactive Domestic Couple are required for a luxury private villa in Tuscany, Italy
This is a live-in position requiring strong teamwork, flexibility, organisation, and a polished service approach aligned with a five-star hospitality standard. The couple should be comfortable working within a fast-paced estate environment alongside other staff and specialist contractors, maintaining exceptional property presentation and guest readiness. The couple should have conversational Italian and/or English
Laundress / Housekeeper
• High-quality laundry, ironing and wardrobe care including delicate and luxury fabrics
• Housekeeping support alongside existing housekeeping team, maintaining 5-star standards
• Food & Beverage service for informal dining
• Light food preparation support (e.g., vegetables, soups, simple dishes)
• Care for the household pets
Houseman / Driver
• Liaising with external contractors and estate management
• Driving duties, guest transfers and local errands; vehicle care and maintenance scheduling for a small fleet
• Basic handyman skills and coordination with specialist contractors (plumbing, electrical, pool/plant, etc.)
• Food & Beverage service for informal dining
• Ensuring arrival-ready standards across the property
