A longstanding client of the agency is seeking an exceptional Spanish-speaking Rota Nanny to care for their three-year-old son within a fully staffed UHNW household.
This is a wonderful family to work for, with a very low turnover of staff and a supportive, respectful environment. They value a holistic, child-led approach and would love someone with a strong background in early childhood education.
Working on a 4 weeks on / 4 weeks off rotation, you will take full responsibility for the little boy’s daily care and development. You will get him ready for the day, plan and accompany him to engaging, age-appropriate activities, support his early educational development (phonics, numeracy, creative play), organise playdates and social outings, oversee mealtimes and nutrition, and manage calm, consistent bath and bedtime routines.
You will be proactive in creating a stimulating and nurturing environment that encourages curiosity, independence, and a secure routine. You should feel confident working within high-profile households and moving seamlessly as part of a formal, fully staffed team. International travel – across Europe, the Middle East, and worldwide – will be a regular part of your schedule, and you will be adept at helping a young child settle into new environments and adapt to time zone changes.
The family is looking for someone who can provide gentle structure while remaining warm, playful, and intuitive. Your approach should feel grounded, calm, and holistic – creating a space where he feels safe, supported, and inspired to explore.

Key Requirements:
- Fluent Spanish with strong English; additional languages a plus
- Minimum 10+ years’ experience as a nanny
- Strong background in early years education or child development
- Warm, nurturing, and holistic childcare approach
- Energetic, organised, and confident with solo charge and complex travel logistics
- Fully up-to-date DBS, paediatric first aid, and outstanding references
- Comfortable within a formal, fully staffed household
- Able to maintain discretion and professionalism at all times
