Role: Live-in or Live-out Housekeeper / Butler
Days/Hours: 45 hours / 5 days p/w – flexible schedule

Salary: £35,000–£45,000++ (higher salary for exceptional candidates)

A fully-staffed UHNW household are seeking an experienced Housekeeper with ‘Butler-service’ abilities to join their established team, in Englefield Green, Surrey
This is a team-player role combining polished, anticipatory food & beverage service, with practical housekeeping duties – therefore would suit a strong Housekeeper with strong service experience, or Yacht Stew who is keen to transition into a land-based private household
Working schedule is five days per week on a rota basis (including at least one weekend day). Hours will vary depending on household requirements, with some earlier starts (from 6.30am) and later evening finishes (variable)
Duties include full housekeeping such as cleaning, laundry & ironing, clothing management and packing & unpacking; in conjunction with smooth daily food & beverage service formal table setting and delivery (understanding sequence of service, table clearances, wine service etc.). Internal training and guidance can be provided by the existing Butler
There are four dogs in the household (two small and two large), so some pet care duties will be required. A driving licence would be beneficial for errands and household support (but is not essential)
The ability for international travel (including travelling ahead to prepare hotels or other residences) would be beneficial, but is not essential
This role suits an active, proactive and polished housekeeper, who is a strong team player and comfortable working within a large, structured household environment. Discretion, reliability and a genuinely positive attitude are key
