Care for: B2 (school-aged) & Newborn baby (due October 2026)
Days/Hours: Monday–Friday, 7am–7pm
Location: Miami base with regular travel to London and Europe
Salary: Circa $100,000 gross per annum (dependent on experience)

A warm, international family is seeking an experienced full-time nanny to join them from May 2026.
The role will support their young son, who is already attending school, alongside a newborn baby due in October. The family will be supported by a maternity nurse for the first 4–6 months following the baby’s arrival, allowing for a gradual and well-supported transition into a two-child dynamic within the home.
The position will be predominantly based in the United States, with Miami as the primary residence, and will include regular travel to the family’s London home as well as periods in Europe throughout the year. The role will begin as live-in while the family transitions between properties and travel schedules, with the intention of becoming live-out in Miami later in the year once settled.
During travel and holiday periods, flexibility is essential, including the ability to work consecutive days when required, with overtime provided. While the position is structured around a five-day working week, the family may occasionally explore additional support where mutually agreed.
The family’s son is active, curious and enjoys a fun, engaging approach to his days outside of school. The nanny will support his school routine, plan age-appropriate activities, and help maintain a calm, structured daily rhythm. Responsibilities include preparing breakfast for the child, supporting morning and after-school routines, and keeping the children’s areas organised and tidy. The household is well established with existing staff, and the environment is highly organised and collaborative.
The ideal candidate will be professional, warm and energetic, with strong experience supporting school-aged children and newborn transitions within a fully staffed home. The family is seeking someone adaptable, discreet and confident managing long days within a dynamic international environment.
A two-week transition period will be included to ensure a smooth handover ahead of the newborn’s arrival and the evolving needs of the role.
