Salary: Circa £70,000+ gross per annum (dependent on skills, qualifications and experience)
Start Date: May 2026 (handover period beginning in May)
A warm family based in Holland Park are seeking an experienced French-speaking Rota Nanny to support the care and development of their twin boys.
This is a fully staffed, live-in role working on a two-weeks-on/two-weeks-off schedule alongside another rota nanny, ensuring consistency and continuity within a well-organised household.
The boys follow a strong routine, sleep well during the day and night, and are thriving. One child has a loving, sensitive nature, whilst the other is more energetic and spirited, so the family would value a nanny who can adapt their approach to suit different personalities. With both parents working during the day, the role involves confident proxy parenting and a calm, hands-on presence.
The family are looking for someone joyful, warm and engaging, with a genuine interest in early education. A nanny who enjoys encouraging language development, expanding vocabulary, supporting positive manners, and creating a stimulating, structured yet fun environment would be a wonderful fit. Montessori experience or a similar child-led educational approach would be highly valued.
Responsibilities will include planning age-appropriate activities, supporting learning through play, maintaining established routines, and overseeing all nursery duties related to the children. Strong early years experience is essential, and candidates with previous rota roles and experience within staffed households will be particularly well suited.
The family are open to providing sponsorship for the right candidate and are ideally seeking someone looking for a long-term position through to January 2027 and beyond. A handover with the existing nanny team will take place from May to ensure a smooth transition.
