A prominent family based in Sharjah, UAE, are seeking an experienced and highly capable Butler / House Manager to support the day-to-day running of their household as they transition into a larger villa
This is a fast-paced, hands-on role suited to a service-driven Butler with strong House Manager capability, able to act as the central operational point of contact within the home. The position combines front-of-house service, household coordination and people management
The role involves managing and coordinating a household team including drivers, chefs, nannies and housekeepers, with responsibility for scheduling, daily task allocation and smooth team coordination. Acting as a clear leader and primary point of reference, the successful candidate will proactively raise service standards and act as gatekeeper to the Principals – filtering requests and communications. The role works closely with the Lady of the House and liaises with the Family Office and PA
Candidates must have proven experience as a Senior Butler / House Manager within large, fully staffed private households. Applicants should be confident delivering hands-on service while managing teams, with excellent organisational and multitasking abilities. The ideal candidate will be calm, professional and composed in fast-paced environments, with strong communication skills, cultural awareness, and a discreet, trustworthy, service-focused approach
