Role: Live-in Nanny / Educator

Hours: 6 days per week (child attends school 8:00 am – 3:00 pm)
Salary: £6,000 per month dependent on experience

A family based in Dubai is seeking a full-time, live-in Nanny / Educator to support the care and development of their 5-year-old son, who attends school Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm. The successful candidate will work six days per week and will share a spacious bedroom with the child, with a separate wardrobe area for private changing.
As a Governess, your main duties will include supporting the child’s daily routine and ensuring his needs are met. You will work closely with his parents, therapists, and school, helping to set clear boundaries while supporting his behavioural and developmental needs. The role will involve planning educational and engaging activities, encouraging both physical and mental exercise, and creating a structured and stimulating environment that supports his learning and development.
Additional responsibilities will include accompanying the child to school and extracurricular activities, supporting hygiene routines including bathing and bedtime, keeping the child’s room tidy, and managing his wardrobe. You will also work alongside another nanny within the household.
The family is seeking an energetic and proactive candidate with previous experience working as a Nanny or Governess with children of a similar age. Experience within private households is preferred, and a background in education or early childhood development would be welcomed. Experience supporting children with ADHD would be beneficial.
Candidates must be fluent in English and able to provide strong references from previous employers. International travel will be required.
Salary will be dependent on experience.
