A warm, busy international family based in Regent’s Park is seeking a fluent Spanish-speaking nanny to join their fully staffed household. This is a truly team-based role, where you will always be working alongside another nanny or a nanny/housekeeper, with consistent support in place at all times, so it’s important that you enjoy being part of a collaborative, positive environment.
The role involves caring for five children aged 3 to 12, with a strong focus on keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes, from managing routines and organising schedules to coordinating activities, school commitments, and social plans. As the children are all in nursery or school during the day, the position suits someone proactive, organised, and naturally one step ahead.
The family travels extensively throughout the year, including extended periods over the winter and all school holidays, so they are looking for someone who is flexible, adaptable, and excited by travel and variety.
More than anything, the family is looking for the right personality. They would love someone fun, upbeat, energetic, and easygoing, who brings great energy into the home, builds strong connections with the children, and works seamlessly as part of a team. A positive, can-do attitude, flexibility, and the ability to adapt to a busy, ever-changing environment are key.
This is a 24/5 role, and you will have the monitor overnight; however, the children generally sleep very well and rarely disturb. You will have your own private bedroom and bathroom, providing a comfortable and private space to unwind. Cooking requirements are minimal, and there is little to no driving required in London, although you should be a confident driver in Europe due to the family’s travel.

Requirements:
- Minimum 3+ years’ professional childcare experience (as a live-in nanny, au pair, or mother’s help), with previous experience working within a private household
- Valid police check / current DBS and checkable references
- Full driving licence and confidence driving in Europe
- Legal right to live and work in the UK
