A warm, international family based in Regent’s Park is seeking a fluent French- or Spanish-speaking nanny to join their fully staffed household. The current nanny has been with the family for 4.5 years, reflecting the positive, long-term environment they offer.
This is a truly team-based role, and you will be working alongside another nanny (or nanny/housekeeper) at all times. The children are not cared for individually, and there is consistent support in place, making this a highly collaborative and well-structured environment.
The role involves supporting the care of five children aged 3 to 12, with a strong focus on keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes – from managing routines and organising schedules to coordinating activities, school commitments, and social plans. As the children are all in nursery or school during the day, the position would suit someone proactive, organised, and naturally one step ahead.
The family travels extensively throughout the year, including extended periods over the winter and all school holidays. They are therefore looking for someone who is flexible, adaptable, and excited by travel and variety.
More than anything, the family is looking for the right personality. They would love someone fun, upbeat, energetic, and easy-going, who brings a positive energy into the home, builds strong connections with the children, and works seamlessly as part of a team. A can-do attitude, flexibility, and the ability to adapt within a busy, ever-changing environment are key.
This is a 24/5 role, and you will be on call throughout the night; however, the children are in strong sleeping routines and generally sleep very well with minimal disturbance. You will have your own private bedroom and bathroom, providing a comfortable space to unwind. Cooking requirements are minimal, and there is little to no driving required in London, although you should be a confident driver in Europe due to the family’s travel.
