Salary: £40,000–£45,000 (depending on experience)

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a proactive and detail-oriented Housekeeper to support the upkeep of a private London residence in Notting Hill, alongside two nearby studio apartments
This is the Principal’s main London home; however, he is predominantly based in overseas, meaning the role is focused on maintaining the properties to a consistently high standard in his absence. The successful candidate will work alongside one other Housekeeper and will liaise with a Property Manager (who also travels frequently), so confidence working independently and taking initiative is essential
In addition to the main Notting Hill residence there are two studio apartments located a short 5-minute walk away. One is used as a working office and the other is occasionally occupied by the Principal’s daughter. These require light, regular upkeep rather than full-time attention
Duties will include full housekeeping across all properties, ensuring excellent standards of cleanliness, organisation and presentation at all times. Laundry and light ironing will also form part of the role, alongside occasional errands and ad hoc support. The Housekeeper will also be responsible for facilitating access for contractors and assisting with general property coordination when required
This role would suit a warm, positive and self-motivated candidate who is comfortable working independently and takes pride in maintaining a well-run home. A good level of English is preferred, alongside a discreet, dependable and proactive approach
