We are seeking a highly-skilled and dynamic Private Household Chef with a particular flair for European, Mediterranean and some Pan-Asian cuisines, for an UHNW international family, based in Dubai, UAE
The adult Principals are sophisticated diners who enjoy the worlds’ top restaurants and have a deep appreciation of healthy, contemporary fusion dishes inspired by Asian, Japanese, Mediterranean and other global cuisines
Responsible for all culinary operations from menu design & planning to ingredient sourcing and preparation, you must be confident working solo in the kitchen and able to elevate daily meals to fine-dining standards. You will also coordinate private dinners for regular entertaining, in addition to occasional catering at the Client’s offices
Candidates will be dynamic, discreet, calm under pressure and will be confident in a VIP private household setting and meeting personal requirements. With children in the household, the Chef should also be familiar with cooking for kids and adhering to dietary preferences. Willingness to accompany the Family for international travel would be an added bonus
Ideal candidates will have a background at Sous Chef level and above, with experience in Michelin-level or top-tier restaurants

• Have 3-5+ years’ experience of top-tier restaurant experience and/or work as Private Chef
