Role: Executive Assistant

Days: Monday – Friday 

Hours: 9.00am – 6.00pm

Salary: £50,000 – £70,000 DOE

Location: Marylebone, London

Start: ASAP

We are looking for a super star Executive Assistant to support the Founder and CEO of a luxury brand in a business and private role.

You will be working in their office (with the opportunity for some remote working) between Marylebone and Mayfair alongside a close-knit team. You will be responsible for ensuring the CEO’s complex and busy diary is managed efficiently, you will book worldwide travel, assist with social media, arrange and manage events, liaise with clients and will represent the brand. You will work with the team on specific projects, PR and press related tasks but equally be happy to muck in within the running of the office.

For CEO’s private life, they would like their EA to coordinate their office and personal diaries to ensure both sides run seamlessly in sync from booking personal travel, appointments, reservations and running errands/personal shopping.

The hours of work will predominantly be Monday – Friday, 9.00am to 6.00pm though the client would like a degree of flexibility to assist with their busy schedules and events throughout the year.

This is a really exciting, hands on role to get stuck into so the EA must confident but discreet and trustworthy.

To be considered for this role you must;

  • Have a minimum of 5+ years’ experience as an EA in a creative industry
  • Have a valid passport
  • Be eligible to work in the UK
