Role: Operations & Logistics Manager
Days: Monday – Friday
Hours: 9.00am – 5.00pm or 10.00am – 6.00pm occasionally
Salary: £45,000 – £50,000 gross per annum

For a luxury lifestyle brand, we are looking for an Operations and Logistics Manager to support the Founder and CEO along with the sales team. The company is often featured in magazines such as House and Garden and in the homes of celebrities and royals.
They conduct most of their business between the UK, the US and Vietnam and the CEO often travels between all three locations. You will act as a lynchpin to support the day-to-day operations of the company from managing orders and invoices, production timelines and ensuring smooth delivery to clients. You will liaise with all offices and warehouses and will need to streamline processes to make sure all cogs of the machine work efficiently.
You must have meticulous attention to detail, excellent customer service and client retention skills to ensure the company’s continued growth.
The team is small and friendly and they are very supportive of each of other so you must be able to work in a team but also on your own on various projects. You must have strong administration skills, very good self-direction.
There is the opportunity for remote working in this role as you are only required to be in the office/showroom two to three times per week.
To be considered for this role you must;
- Be eligible to work in the UK
- Have a valid passport
- Have excellent contactable references
- Have 5+ years of experience working as an Operations & Logistics Manager
- Excellent command of English – both verbal and written
- Possess a driving license
