HOSTESS/CLIENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGER REQUIRED FOR LUXURY PROPERTY COMPANY – £25K-£35K

Role: Hostess, Client Relationship Manager

Location: Mayfair

Hours: Monday – Friday (9am-5pm)

Salary: £25,000 – £30,000

We are looking for a highly professional hostess and client relationship manager working for well-known international property company that focus on offering a bespoke luxury property service.

This is an amazing opportunity for a highly skilled hostess who is able to be the face of the business and has exceptional customer service skills.

As the first point of contact for a discerning UHNW clientele who will be visiting the offices in Mayfair, the hostess is responsible for creating the best first impression. Will look after new and existing client relationships, helping to manage the customers journey and provide exceptional customer service.

This position is starting ASAP will generally be Monday – Friday 9am to 5pm flexible hours will be required.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • To keep up to date with diary management e.g. organising meetings, conference calls and events
  • To ensure all public areas are kept to a high standard
  • To be able to have highest level of customer care
  • To meet & Greet the clients
  • To be acting as point of contact for the team
  • To keep up to date with data entry
  • To organise all travel arrangements
  • To prepare documents for presentations
  • An ability to multi-task and possess strong prioritisation skills
