Role: Private Family PA
Days: Monday-Friday (with flexibility)
Hours: 9.00am – 6.00pm
Location: Dubai, UAE
Salary: AED 12,000-15,000 per month DOE
Start: August 2025
We are looking for a Family PA to support a client of ours who is relocating to Dubai with their young family from London.
The role will involve assisting with their relocation and moving them into the new property along with continued support on diary management, travel bookings, arranging and overseeing property maintenance, monitoring and paying utility bills. You’ll support in booking activities for the children and wardrobe management too amongst all the day to day household administration.
As the family do not know Dubai too well, this role requires a candidate who is already based in Dubai and has worked there to build up a strong black book of contacts. They do require a driver who is confident to do so in Dubai.

• Have a valid passport
• Be fluent in the English Language
• Have a valid DBS check or be willing to obtain one
• Have excellent contactable references
• Have 3-5+ years’ experience working as a Private PA with private household experience
