A highly experienced and polished Housemaid is required for a VIP private family based in a large private villa in Dubai. The successful candidate will work under the direction of the Head Housekeeper, who has been in post for over two years, and will form part of a professional household team.
This role is suited to someone confident, capable, and service-minded, with previous experience working in a high-standard private villa environment. The Housemaid must be comfortable dealing directly with Principals and guests, and able to step in to support and cover for the Head Housekeeper on her days off.
Duties and responsibilities include;
• Daily hands-on housekeeping to a very high standard across the villa
• Care and cleaning of expensive surfaces including fine wood, marble, and high-end finishes
• Full laundry and ironing duties, including careful handling of delicate and luxury clothing
• Packing and unpacking suitcases for the family
• Preparing and managing school clothing and uniforms
• Assisting with children’s schedules and supporting school runs as required
• Welcoming, meeting, and serving guests in a polite and professional manner
• Food and beverage service support and liaising with the kitchen team
• Maintaining organisation, presentation, and household readiness at all times
• Substituting for the Head Housekeeper during days off and absences
Candidate requirements:
• Previous experience working in a private villa for a VIP or UHNW family
• Confident communicator with good spoken English
• Comfortable interacting with Principals, children, and guests
• Discreet, trustworthy, and well-presented
• Pleasant, positive attitude with a strong work ethic
• Able to take direction and work as part of a structured household team
