Role: Live-out Housekeeper
Days: 5 days per week
Hours: 8-hour shift (early, middle and late on rotation)

Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 gross per annum (DOE) + discretionary bonuses

An excellent Live-out Housekeeper is required for full-time position within a fully-staffed VIP household in Kensington, London.
Reporting to a Head Housekeeper and House Manager, you would work an 8-hour shift 5-days per week on rotation (to include weekends when needed), and covering either an early shift (07:00-15.00), middle shift (10:00-18.00), or late shift (13.00-21:00)
The requirement is for a detail-oriented Housekeeper who enjoys being part of team, takes pride in their work and who is willing to go the extra mile when needed. The Housekeeper must be comfortable working around children and pets (family dogs) and happy with an active role, as the house is spread over 5 floors.
Travel is a requirement for this position so you must have a UK or EU passport.
The salary offered for this role is circa £50,000 – £60,000 GPA, additionally travel bonuses and other (expressly discretionary) bonuses may also be given.
Duties and responsibilities
- Providing an exceptional standard of housekeeping service to the family and their guests, following housekeeper standards
- Attending to the needs of the principal and making sure their environment as comfortable as possible.
- Wardrobe Management and Organising; maintaining of all drawers and closets.
- Managing all day-to-day items and a high-end shoe collection.
- Liaising with the Principal’s to ensure wardrobes and other requirements are well taken care of.
- Maintaining stock control and rotation of the entire household bathroom and storage areas, including all client areas and back of house.
- Assisting the day to day running and working in all areas of the laundry (washing, pressing, sorting, spot cleaning and dry cleaning), when the laundress is off duty.
- Preparing for travel i.e. packing/unpacking
- Responding to any other ad hoc duties as required by the family, offering a high level of amenability and flexibility
