OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR REQUIRED FOR A LUXURY BRAND IN MAYFAIR – £25K-£30K

Role: Office Administrator

Location: Mayfair

Hours: Monday – Friday (9am-5pm)

Salary: £25,000 – £30,000

We are looking for an office administrator, for a high powered, fast-moving luxury property company based in Mayfair.

This is a brilliant position and you will be in charge of providing administrative support to ensure the business runs smoothly. This is a great opportunity for an energetic, self-motivated individual, looking to work in a busy office environment for an exciting brand.

The daily duties for the role include:

  • Providing full, administrative support
  • Ensuring properties comply with current laws and legislations
  • Daily liaison with longstanding and prospective clients
  • Diary management, organising meetings, conference calls, events
  • Responding to incoming queries and dealing with complaints promptly
  • Maintain client confidentiality
  • Maintain office supplies by checking stock; placing and expediting orders; evaluating new products

To be considered for this role you must;

  • Previous longstanding experience in a similar role
  • Computer literate
  • Valid passport
