PART-TIME PA FOR A FAMILY IN HOLLAND PARK – £20 – £40 PER HOUR

We are looking for an experienced Private PA to work on a part-time basis for a HNW family in Holland Park, West London.

You will be contracted to work 3 days per week, 8am – 6pm. Although there may be the opportunity for this position to go full-time in the future should the PA be happy to work 5 days per week. The salary for the full-time position will be IRO £50,000 – 70,000 gross per annum, depending on experience, skills and qualifications.

The PA will be responsible for assisting the female Principal in both her personal and business life. The individual is a successful entrepreneur who invests in lifestyle brands so someone with experience assisting a HNWI in this arena would be advantageous. You will be based within the family home office in Notting Hill and responsible for managing her busy diary, scheduling appointments, organising events, personal shopping, runnings errands, liaising with household contractors, overseeing household staff, assisting with recruitment of staff, responding to business emails and personal correspondence, liaising with business contacts etc.

To be considered for this role, you must;

  • Possess (or be willing to get) an up to date DBS check
  • Have excellent contactable references
  • Have 5+ years of experience working for a HNW family in London
