Role: Live-in or Live-out Private Chef
Days: 5 or 6 Days per week

Salary: AED 17,000-20,000+ per month (depending upon experience)

A friendly, cultured, international family are seeking an experienced Private Chef specialising in Western / European cuisine for their Dubai household
Catering to two Principals with three school-aged children, the household values light, healthy, well-presented food, with a strong focus on Mediterranean, Asian and fish-based dishes
The position can be offered on a live-in or live-out basis. For live-in candidates, support may be required across breakfast, lunch and dinner, while live-out candidates will typically be responsible for lunch and dinner service. Breakfast for the kids is simple, lunch is typically a light pescatarian meal, and dinners are healthy & refined, and influenced by Mediterranean, Asian, Chinese cuisines using chicken and fish proteins. Small-scale entertaining and canapé preparation is occasionally required
Chef is also responsible for grocery procurement, stock control & rotation and kitchen hygiene management.
This position would suit a calm, discreet and self-managing Chef who is comfortable working independently in a private household. The Family travel a great dela so there are period of downtime in this position
Candidate requirements:
- Proven Private Chef and/or high-end hospitality experience
- Confident cooking for adults and children
- Organised, professional and adaptable
- Excellent contactable references
- Eligible to work in the UAE or able to obtain a visa
- Ability to travel internationally, including to Europe, is a plus (not essential)
