Role: Live-out Private Chef

Schedule: 6 days per week

Hours: 10–12 hours per day depending on service requirements

Days Off: 6 per month

Salary: AED, 22,000-30,000 p/m (tax-free salary)

A new opportunity has arisen for a flexible and skilled Private Chef (Sous to Snr. Sous level or above) to join a prestigious UHNW household based in Dubai

Supporting a family of four (including cooking for children aged 5&4), this role requires a refined culinary professional with strong fine-dining training and the ability to deliver high-quality European/Mediterranean  and international cuisine in a family-focused environment.

You will operate independently with full responsibility for kitchen operations, menu development and premium ingredient sourcing, providing both daily family dining as well as elegant entertaining when required.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Daily preparation of fresh, healthy and refined meals for family of 4
  • Cooking predominantly European and international cuisine
  • Ability to deliver fine dining restaurant-level execution and also Family style dining
  • Create varied weekly menus and adapt to dietary preferences
  • Prepare family-friendly service as well as elegant dinner party menus
  • Manage kitchen operations independently; maintain hygiene and cleanliness
  • Collaborate with household staff to coordinate ingredient procurement and inventory management
  • Source premium ingredients from specialist suppliers and markets
  • Adjust cooking style for adults vs children; support healthy nutrition and balanced meals
  • Travel with the family when required
  • Maintain discretion, confidentiality and UHNW household etiquette at all times

• Have 3-5+ years’ experience working as a Sous Chef or above and ideally with Private Household experience
