Role: Private PA

Days: Monday – Friday 

Hours: 10.00am – 7.00pm

Salary: £50,000 – £65,000

Location: High Street Kensington

For an American family based in High Street Kensington, we are recruiting for a new Private PA to join the established team to support the Principal and their teenage children in a predominantly private capacity, working closely with the Chief of Staff.

The family is a very busy, fully staffed household so we are looking for a superstar experienced Private PA to ensure the client’s daily schedule runs smoothly. The Principal often travels during the school holidays and so you will be required to manage their travel arrangements, transport, itineraries, reservations and activities. You will be required to manage both the principal’s work and social calendars to ensure the smooth running of logistics well in advance. You will oversee the maintenance and regular service of the family cars, book appointments and reservations, run errands, manage inventories and arrange gifting. You must have a level of bookkeeping experience to assist with spreadsheets, budgeting and expenses.

The hours of work will predominantly be Monday – Friday, 10.00am to 7.00pm, though a great deal of flexibility will be required to help with requests and emergencies that may come out of hours and over the weekends. There will be the opportunity to work from home as your relationship with the Principal grows.

Whilst this is a hugely exciting opportunity, you must be accustomed to working to the highest standards,  a team player and be very flexible to all requests. You must have experience working within a similar role in a fully staffed private home with bookkeeping experience.
