Salary: £80,000–£100,000 gross per annum (depending on qualiQications,
experience, and previous earnings)

A lovely family based in the Bahamas is seeking a brilliant and experienced Rota Nanny to join their household. This is a live-in position during your working shifts, on a 4 weeks on / 4 weeks off rota, and will involve regular international travel, particularly to the USA (Florida, New York, Canada) over the summer months.\
The children are naturally a little shy at Kirst; however, they are very affectionate, playful, and active little souls once they feel comfortable. The eldest, aged 7, is sporty and competitive with a particular passion for tennis, while his 4-year-old sister adores animals, crafts, and imaginative play. Both thrive with a balance of busy, active days and calmer moments for creativity and quiet play.
Day-to-day responsibilities will include planning and supervising age-appropriate activities, supporting schoolwork and homework, arranging playdates, and encouraging the children’s development. Occasional proxy parenting will be required when the parents are away. While the family employs a chef, they would appreciate occasional support with preparing simple, healthy meals for the children.
The ideal candidate will be sporty, confident in the water, and happy to engage in a wide range of activities. A teaching or tutoring background would be highly valued, as would Fluency in Spanish or French. An American passport or visa would be a strong advantage, given the family’s travel schedule. Above all, the family is looking for a warm, positive, and organised nanny with the maturity to know when to switch “on” and “off” in a busy household.
