Days/Hours: 4 – 6 weeks on / 4 – 6 weeks off
Salary: AED 420,000 – AED 610,000 gross per annum (DOE)
Location: Dubai (base) & Worldwide Travel (Europe, US, London)

A VIP family in Dubai is seeking a warm, professional, and highly experienced Spanish‑speaking nanny with fluent English to join their fully staffed household and care for their 12‑month‑old son on a long‑term Rota basis with extensive international travel.
Working on a 4 – 6 week on/ off schedule, you will assume full responsibility for all aspects of the baby’s daily care and developmental progression.
Duties include:
- Planning and following age‑appropriate routines (wake windows, naps, feeding, weaning, sensory and motor‑skill activities)
- Preparing and sterilising bottles; introducing nutritious solid foods in line with family preferences
- Organising stimulating, play‑based learning (songs, Spanish & English language exposure, early phonics, music, art)
- Arranging playdates, baby classes, and local social outings both in Dubai and abroad
- Maintaining detailed daily logs and communicating milestones to the parents
- Overseeing bath and bedtime rituals, ensuring consistency even when travelling
- Packing, organising, and seamlessly managing logistics for frequent trips across Europe, the US, London, and other destinations
The ideal candidate will create a nurturing, structured environment that fosters curiosity and independence, while remaining playful and engaging. You must be discreet, adaptable, and comfortable in high‑profile, formal households.
Key requirements
- 10+ years’ professional nanny experience, including UHNW or VIP settings
- Native (or near‑native) Spanish, with perfectly fluent English
- Deep knowledge of infant development, sleep training, and age‑appropriate routines
- Energetic, organised, and confident in solo charge and complex travel logistics
- Current location in, or willingness to base in, Dubai; ready to start international travel immediately
- Up‑to‑date DBS/police check, paediatric first aid, and excellent references
- EU/UK/US visas advantageous; confident navigating global entry procedures
