Role: Live-in Nanny
Care for: B6, G8 & G9
Location: Birstein, Germany
Salary: €5,000 – €6,000 gross per month
Start: ASAP
Benefits: 25–30 days holiday, health insurance provided, car available for private use, full board and accommodation
A warm, semi-formal family living in a historic property in Birstein, around 45 minutes outside Frankfurt, are seeking an experienced Live-in Nanny to care for their three children (boy aged 6, girls aged 8 and 9). The family have previously employed au pairs but are now looking for a professional nanny who can provide stability, support, and fun for their lively household.
You will be caring for three bright, active children who enjoy sports, horse riding, ballet, swimming, music, dancing, and creative activities such as necklace making and crafts. They are curious and energetic, and you’ll play a key role in guiding them through school routines, after-school activities, and free time.
You will work a split schedule. Your mornings will run from 6:45am–8:00am, helping the children prepare for school. You’ll then have a long break until 1:00pm, before resuming in the afternoon and evening. On average, you’ll enjoy 4–5 hours off during the day. There is no cooking required, and while the household is semi-formal, it remains relaxed and welcoming.
You will have private accommodation within the property, including a bedroom, bathroom, and kitchenette. A driver’s licence is essential, and a car is provided (with private use permitted). The role offers 25–30 days holiday per year, full board, and health insurance. An EU passport and good spoken English are essential.
This is a fantastic opportunity if you are energetic, adaptable, and enjoy working with active children. The role would suit someone positive and enthusiastic, looking to embrace life as part of a unique and engaging family household.
