Role: Live-In Nanny (Separate Apartment Provided)
Care for: B4 & newborn baby (due April – 2026)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm
Location: Ibiza, Spain
Start Date: February – 2026
Salary: £40,000–£50,000 gross per annum (DOE)
A warm, creative family is seeking an experienced, qualified nanny to join them in the heart of Ibiza.
Their eldest son is four years old – bright, sensitive and full of curiosity. He loves reading, numbers, running around outside and diving into imaginative play. He does best with a gentle hand, steady routines and someone who can help guide his day thoughtfully.
A new baby is expected in April, and Mum will be at home, so this role will suit someone who feels comfortable working alongside parents (even though they prefer a sole charge presence). The family live in a lovely spot with outdoor space, a swimming pool, and the beach just a short walk away.
Day to day, you will help with school runs, planning and setting up engaging activities, cooking simple, healthy meals and keeping things organised for the children. The family would love someone proactive who enjoys coming up with ideas, whether that’s starting a fun little building project together, creating games that spark learning, or heading outdoors to explore the big wide world.
Your main focus at first will be caring for the four-year-old, with gentle support for the baby when everyone has found their rhythm. They are looking for someone who is grounded, organised and emotionally intuitive – someone who can slot into family life with warmth, good humour and a sense of ease.
European applicants are especially welcome to ensure ease of right-to-work in Spain.
A private apartment will be provided a short distance from the family home.
This is a fantastic position for a brilliant Nanny looking to support an incredibly warm, wonderful family in a beautiful setting.
