Roe: Live-In Nanny

A warm, creative and high-profile British family is seeking an experienced and nurturing live-in Nanny to support the care of their three children aged 2, 5 and 8.
The family is primarily based in London, with another residence in Santa Monica, Los Angeles. The family have long-term plans to relocate to the USA and will provide full visa sponsorship and relocation support for the successful candidate.
The family enjoys an active, outdoors-focused lifestyle and places great value on encouraging the children to explore, play and learn through real-world experiences. Screen time is kept to a minimum, with a preference for creative play, time outdoors, and hands-on activities. Both older children attend a Waldorf school, so familiarity with Waldorf principles or a similar child-led approach to learning would be highly valued.
The role will primarily focus on caring for the youngest child during the day, while also providing support for the older children after school and during holidays. The family plan on hiring a second Nanny in the future, however you should be confident caring for all three children when required.
This is a collaborative household with very hands-on parents, particularly the mother, and the family is looking for someone who will become a trusted and integral part of their home.
They are keen to find a nanny who is open-minded, adaptable and easy-going, and who enjoys working collaboratively with the parents, rather than someone overly rigid or formal in their approach.
