Role: Nanny (Live-in or Live-out)

Hours: 35 hours per week (term time) | up to 60 hours per week (school holidays) Location: Dubai
Salary: £5,000 net per month (dependant on skills, experience and previous earnings)

You will be working with a warm, down-to-earth family based in Dubai, supporting the care of their 6-year-old son within a relaxed but well-established routine.
The family would love someone who is genuinely hands-on and enjoys being actively involved in a child’s day-to-day life. You will take the lead across the afternoon and early evening routine during term time, as well as provide additional support across one weekend day and during school holidays, when the role becomes more full-time.
This is a lovely, balanced role where the focus is on building a strong connection and creating a positive, engaging environment. You will support after-school wind-down, plan activities, and keep him engaged through a mix of play, creativity, and structure. While you may assist with homework where needed, the emphasis is very much on a nurturing, involved approach rather than a purely academic one.
You will also be comfortable preparing simple meals and supporting the overall flow of his routine, working closely with approachable, collaborative parents who value a natural and supportive dynamic.
This role would suit a warm, proactive nanny who brings a calm, steady presence, while still being playful, organised, and confident taking initiative
