Role: Nanny
Care for: G9, G10, and newborn (due January)
Schedule: 30 hours per week

Salary: £25 per hour / approx. £40,000 gross per annum (depending on experience)

A welcoming family based in Tunbridge Wells is seeking a caring and proactive Nanny to support their two daughters (ages 9 and 10) and a newborn baby due in January. The family is open to both live-in and live-out candidates and hopes to find someone long-term who can grow with them.
The girls are energetic, outdoorsy, and playful, with a love for animals and lots of enthusiasm. One of the girls has ADHD, so patience and creativity will be important in keeping activities engaging and fun. The role will focus on supporting the older children with learning through play, outdoor adventures, and trips to the park, while also helping them adjust to life with a new sibling.
Day-to-day responsibilities will include school runs, planning age-appropriate activities, supporting the children’s routines, and occasional dog walking (the family has two small dogs, a Pomeranian and a French Bulldog). While the family employs a cleaner and the mother does all the cooking, you should be happy to muck in where needed and take a proactive, team-spirited approach. Travel may be required around four times per year, with trials possible in advance. Any additional hours while travelling with the family will be paid separately. A driver is essential for this role.
The ideal candidate will be warm, friendly, and fun, with previous experience supporting children of a similar age, and ideally with newborns too.
