Salary: £70,000 – £85,000 gross per annum (dependent on experience)

A warm and professional family based in High Street Kensington are seeking an experienced rota nanny to join their household caring for their daughter aged 3.
The role will work alongside the family’s existing rota nanny, who has been with the family for two years. The parents value stability and are particularly keen to meet candidates with longevity in their CV who are looking for a long-term position.
Both parents are very engaged in their daughter’s life and the role operates within a shared-care dynamic. The household is well organised with a housekeeper employed, so the focus of the role is very much centred on the child. The family are grounded, respectful and value a positive working relationship with the people in their home.
Their daughter is, easy going and very engaging. She is very relaxed and enjoys activities, including ballet, arts and crafts and interactive play.
The parents value a traditional approach to childcare and would love a nanny who is naturally engaging with children. They appreciate someone who enjoys conversation, creative play, arts and crafts, and encouraging curiosity through everyday activities such as walks and outings. Screen time in the home is minimal, with a strong focus on interaction and play.
The role will involve planning age-appropriate activities, supporting routines and development, accompanying the children to local activities, and managing all nursery duties. The eldest will begin nursery in September.
The family are looking for a calm, proactive and engaging nanny who genuinely enjoys working with young children and who is seeking a long-term role within a warm and respectful household.
