Role: Tagalog-Speaking Rota Nannies (2 positions)
Working Pattern: 2–4 weeks on/off when based in London; 4–8 weeks on/off when travelling internationally
Accommodation: Live-in while on duty
Caring For: Baby girl, 8 months – happy, settled, and sleeping through the night
Location: London, Europe, Switzerland, and regular international travel
Salary: £45,000 – £55,000 gross per year (dependent on experience)

Our clients are a warm, welcoming, and fully staffed HNW family seeking two experienced Tagalog-speaking rota nannies to provide loving, attentive care for their delightful 8-month-old daughter.
She is a content and well-settled little girl with an established sleep routine, and the family is looking for nurturing, calm, and professional nannies who will gently support her ongoing development and wellbeing.
The ideal candidates will be flexible, highly organised, and naturally collaborative, able to work harmoniously within a fully staffed household and build a positive partnership with the second rota nanny. A proactive attitude, emotional warmth, and ease with international travel are all essential for success in this role.
Key responsibilities
· Providing full nursery duties and thoughtful, attentive daily care
· Encouraging developmental milestones through engaging, age-appropriate play
· Maintaining consistent sleep, feeding, and daily routines
· Preparing bottles/food and ensuring nursery areas remain clean and beautifully organised
· Travelling internationally with the family and adapting smoothly to new environments
· Working cooperatively and respectfully with parents and household staff
Essential requirements
· Tagalog speaking, with strong spoken English
· British or EU passport
· Proven experience caring for babies of a similar age
· Confidence working within fully staffed, travel-heavy households
· Enhanced DBS/police check, up-to-date paediatric first aid, and excellent checkable references
· A discreet, flexible, and genuinely team-focused approach
