SEEKING A PART-TIME DAILY NANNY, CARE FOR G4, B5 & B7, MONTANA – $80,000 – $110,000 PER ANNUM

Role: Daily Nanny / Family Assistant
Care for: Three children (ages 7, 5.5, and 4)
Days/Hours: Monday to Friday (7:00am–9:00am & 2:00pm–7:00/8:00pm)
Location: Bozeman, Montana (primary residence) with travel to Malibu, CA
Salary: $80,000–$110,000 gross per annum (dependent on experience)

A warm, hands-on family are seeking a proactive, experienced nanny to support their three young children. Based primarily in Bozeman, with time spent in Malibu, they are looking to establish a consistent home environment with strong routines and structure.

You will support three children who are active, outdoorsy, and each with their own strong personalities. They spend much of their time outside, including farm-based learning and care of animals alongside a hybrid homeschooling structure. Each child presents differently, and you will be confident adapting your approach to meet individual needs, encouraging positive behaviour through clear, consistent boundaries.

You will work closely with hands-on parents to support the children’s daily routines, including school runs, activity planning, and light educational support. You will take the lead on organising engaging, predominantly outdoor activities, preparing meals for the children, and managing nursery duties, while maintaining tidy and organised children’s spaces. You will also support evening and bedtime routines as part of a collaborative household dynamic.

You will bring a calm, structured approach to behaviour, with a genuine interest in child development. A background in education, child psychology, or similar is highly valued. The family would love an energetic, outdoorsy individual who is proactive, confident, and invested, and who can guide and support the children in a positive and consistent way.

The schedule typically runs Monday to Friday, with split shifts from 7:00am–9:00am and 2:00pm–7:00/8:00pm. During the initial three months, the family would appreciate some additional support over one weekend day (approximately five hours) to help settle the children into a consistent routine, after which the role will return to a standard weekday structure. Some flexibility is appreciated to support the family’s needs as required.

A confident driver is essential, with experience in snow or icy conditions important due to Montana winters. The household is supported by a housekeeper three days per week, and includes a friendly older dog and farm animals.

This is a long-term opportunity to join a warm, dynamic family and play a meaningful role in shaping the children’s development and day-to-day structure. There is potential for live-in accommodation in the future via a self-contained guest house.
