Role: Hospitality Trainer
Location: Saudi Arabia, Middle East
Salary: £8,000 – £12,000 per month (DOE)

We are looking for an Hospitality Trainer to work for a VVIP client in the Middle East, based in Saudi Arabia.

The Hospitality Trainer will oversee the VVIP client’s entire hospitality team. You will be a  professional individual with a go get attitude, excellent communication skills and an outgoing personality. The Hospitality Trainer’s main role will be to conduct onsite training to the large team of hospitality staff.

The right candidate will help with the property leadership team to identify and address employee and organizational development needs. This position is responsible for ensuring effective training is in place to enable the achievement of the clients desired results.. You will be responsible of conducting needs assessments, designs and develops training programs and facilitates the delivery successful employee training programs.

To be considered for this position you must have previously run more than two hospitality departments within either a private estate or a luxury hotel environment. Interviewing now for an ASAP start.

Duties and responsibilities;

  • Plan, facilitate, and deliver workshops, and qualifying & development training programs
  • Execute, recommend, develop, and assist in implementation of programs designed to enable the organisation to meet its objective
  • Develop, organise, and continually update training manuals, visual aids and other training materials
  • Research and implement new training techniques, exercises, and utilise appropriate educational technologies to enhance learning
  • Implement a sustainable plan of programs
  • Propose new ideas to improve the training planning and implementation process
  • Ensure exceptional quality of service through consistent standard training, development, and coaching
  • Selection of course materials, instructional equipment, and educational resources
  • Utilise appropriate training and educational technologies to enhance learning
  • Ensure safe and efficient operations at all times

To be considered for this role you must;

  • Be eligible to work in the Middle East
  • Possess excellent contactable references
  • Have 5+ years experience running a luxury hospitality environment
  • Possess (or be willing to get) an up to date DBS check
