SEEKING AN EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT FOR FULL-TIME ROLE IN BELGRAVIA, CENTRAL LONDON

Role: Executive Assistant

Days/Hours: Full-time

Location: Belgravia, Central London

Salary: £50,000 – £65,000 gross per annum

We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to support two highly successful Directors from their offices in Belgravia, Central London.

This is a full-time position supporting two exceptionally busy individuals within the creative industry. You will act as the linchpin between the Directors, the internal team, and the brand’s clients, frequently dealing with UHNW clientele and celebrities. They curate special projects that require complex logistical planning and organisation, so an EA with a high level attention to detail is required due to the prestige and profile of what they do.

They are seeking someone professional and highly discreet, with experience working in the luxury market, and who can work well under pressure. It’s essential that you have excellent organisational skills.

The Directors are highly influential figures in their industry, and are seeking a candidate who has a proven track record of supporting a Principal at the highest level.

The ideal candidate will be articulate and numerate, and possess a flexible and professional manner. Experience working as an Executive Assistant within the creative industry is preferable, along with previous experience liaising with high profile clientele. This is a wonderful opportunity for a experienced EA looking for a new challenge.

The salary offered for the role s £50,000 – £65,000 gross per annum and will depend on qualifications, skills and previous experience.

The duties for the role will include;

  • Co-ordinating all business travel, hotel arrangements and flights etc
  • Liaising with UHNW clientele and celebrities
  • Supporting all your colleagues with access to the Directors when needed
  • Managing and organising team social events
  • Producing travel itineraries, including all required documentation
  • Maintaining travel records
  • Extensive diary management
  • Making reservations for meetings/events at appropriate restaurants and venues
  • Collating and submitting all expenses
  • Organising/delegating refreshment orders for internal meetings and events
  • Ad-hoc administrative and personal tasks as and when required
  • Being eyes and ears in the office as well as an ambassador for the Directors internally
  • All business admin
  • Personal admin
  • General day to day administration
  • Assisting with a variety of special projects as directed

To be considered for this role you must;

  • Have a minimum of 5+ years’ experience as an Executive Assistant
  • Be eligible to work in the UK
  • Have a valid passport
  • Have excellent contactable references
