A UHNW household seeking an experienced and highly adaptable Private Chef to support the family over a busy summer period in based in Heli Porto, Greece, from mid-July to early August 2026
Candidates based in Greece are particularly welcome to apply, however this role is also open to UK-based or European-based Chefs who are able to commit and travel for the role
This is a dynamic, fast-paced role within a fully staffed private residence, with a strong focus on fresh, seasonal and high-quality cuisine. The household entertain frequently, so the Chef must be confident catering for both informal family meals and elevated dining for guests.
The role requires flexibility, as schedules and requests may change at short notice. The successful candidate will be calm under pressure, organised and able to deliver consistently high standards in a private household environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing daily meals for the family, focusing on fresh, healthy and seasonal dishes
- Catering for frequent entertaining, including lunches, dinners and occasional events
- Menu planning in line with the family’s preferences and dietary requirements
- Sourcing high-quality ingredients locally where possible
- Maintaining a clean, organised and well-run kitchen at all times
- Adapting quickly to last-minute changes in schedule or guest numbers
The Ideal Candidate
- Proven experience as a Private Chef within UHNW households or luxury environments
- Flexible, adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced setting
- Creative, with a strong repertoire of Mediterranean and international cuisine
- Highly organised, discreet and service-focused
- Positive, professional and able to integrate well within an established team
