TRAVEL LIFESTYLE ASSISTANT FOR UHNW CONCIERGE COMPANY, KENSINGTON – £55,000 – £60,000 GPA

Role: Travel Lifestyle Assistant (with Travel Industry experience)

Days: Monday – Friday (one day working remotely)

Hours: 9.00am – 6.00pm with flexibility

Salary: £55,000 – £60,000 gross per year

For a lifestyle management company in London, we are looking for a Lifestyle Assistant to join the team in supporting their UHNW members. The company offers tailored support across travel, private household staffing, incredible events, bespoke research and the day-to-day requests. The clients vary from UHNWIs, private family offices and Royal Families.

We are looking for a candidate with strong travel knowledge to bring their expertise across to their client facing teams. You will be carrying out extensive destination research, booking flights both private and commercial, designing and managing bespoke travel itineraries and to working closely with destination management companies to ensure the client’s travel piece is executed to the highest level.

You must therefore have proven experience in a travel role previously with a strong network in the travel industry and hospitality. This is a fast-moving, multifaceted role which is a mixture of hands-on logistics, and creative problem-solving where quite literally, no two days are the same!

We are looking for a proactive, resourceful individual with excellent attention to detail, high levels of discretion, integrity. You’ll need to be adaptable and used to multitasking.

To be considered for this role you must;

  • Have a minimum of 5+ years’ experience within the travel industry
  • Have a valid passport
  • Be eligible to work in the UK
  • Have excellent contactable references
  • Be degree educated
