Role: Villa Manager/Butler

A fantastic and unique opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and switched-on Villa Manager/Butler to support an UHNW international businessman and entrepreneur at his primary residence in Dubai, and other properties in London and Mykonos, Greece.
This is not an ordinary, everyday position, and will suit an experienced and proactive ‘hands-on’ candidate who thrives in a fast-paced role and who wishes to take their career to the ‘next level’ of personal service.
The ideal candidate will have a Butler, Head Housekeeper or (service oriented) House Manager background and be extremely client-focused. Although an experience of formality is useful, someone with a modern and dynamic approach would be ideal.
Previous experience of luxury service provision within a private VIP household will be expected, as duties such as food and beverage service and wardrobe management may be required, in addition to overseeing maintenance of property, personal assisting & diary management. You should also be comfortable with technology and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
You should be adaptable and resourceful enough to respond to and anticipate the Principal’s requirements, liaise with the private office in London, and also work independently and creatively as a self-starter, juggling a number of balls, and being a problem solver!
When interacting with other staff members you will be expected to lead by example and may be required to deliver hands-on training, so an experience of people management would be advantageous!
The Principal also has a child, so you should be comfortable around and have experience with dealing with children.

The top salary offered (£6K-£10K Gross Per Month) will depend upon the credentials and presentation of the candidate, who should possess longevity in roles and excellent contactable references.
