Role: Weekend Chef
Days: Saturday & Sunday

Daily Rate: £250-£350 per day

A fully-staffed VIP Household are seeking Chef with proven experience in VVIP families, for an ongoing weekend role at their Knightsbridge residence
Being able to commit to working Saturdays and Sundays each week, you will be responsible for providing lunch, dinner and snacks for a busy family with children
Taking a handover from the Weekday Chef – you will work closely alongside staff to ensure the Principals are catered for in an intuitive and attentive manner. Chef should be highly flexible, used to working within a larger household team and unfazed by any last-minute changes that can happen
The Family are relaxed but with high standards. They enjoy delicious and health food covering a variety of cuisines ranging from British classics to Mediterranean and Asian-fusion inspired dishes. Dietaries for the Principals will also need to be accommodated, and creativity is needed to keep the children’s dishes engaging. Occasional entertaining will require more formal presentation of dishes to provide a wow factor
The Chef should have proven VIP household experience, excellent references and be able to commit fully to an ongoing weekend commitment

- Have a valid DBS check or be willing to obtain one
- Have excellent contactable references
- Have 3-5+ years ‘experience working as a Chef within a private household
