Salary: £25 per hour gross (self-employed)

Our client is a lovely professional family seeking a warm, kind, and caring Part-Time Nanny to care for their daughter 15 months as the mother returns to work. The role is based in St John’s Wood and involves caring for one 15-month-old girl who is settled, happy, and follows a strong daily routine.
This position is ideal for an experienced nanny who genuinely loves working with young children and takes a nurturing, development-focused approach to childcare. You will be responsible for nursery duties, planning engaging and age-appropriate activities, and supporting key developmental milestones, including early learning and toilet training.
The family is looking for someone calm, attentive, and proactive, who can help maintain a safe, stimulating, and loving environment. The household is well organised, with a cleaner already employed, allowing you to focus fully on childcare.
A driver is preferred by not essential, although being able to drive would be considered a bonus. Fluent English is essential. While formal childcare qualifications (such as Early Years, Montessori, or similar) are preferred, they are not a strict requirement for the right candidate with strong hands-on experience.
Requirements:
- Proven experience caring for toddlers
- Strong understanding of child development and routines
- Experience with or knowledge of toilet training
- Fluent English
- Warm, nurturing, and reliable personality
- Excellent, checkable references
- Legal right to work in the UK
