We are seeking a warm, experienced, and highly professional Baby Nanny to join a private family VIP household in Saudi Arabia from September 2026. This is a dedicated childcare role focused entirely on the care, development, and wellbeing of a newborn baby within a fully staffed household. The ideal candidate will have strong infant experience, excellent English, and a calm, nurturing approach.
The ideal candidate will be highly experienced with newborns and young babies, calm, nurturing, and confident supporting the family through the early months. Previous experience working with VIP/UHNW families is highly desirable and only candidates with experience working in the GCC will be considered.
Duties Include: Full daily care of the baby, including feeding, bathing, changing, dressing, and settling. Establishing and maintaining feeding, sleep, and routine schedules. Supporting developmental milestones through age-appropriate activities. Maintaining a clean, organised nursery and baby areas. Providing guidance and updates to parents. Travelling with the family when required. Working alongside other household staff professionally
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 7+ years’ experience with newborns/infants in private households
- Maternity nurse or newborn specialist background preferred
- Fluent English essential
- CPR / First Aid certified
- Warm, discreet, professional, and flexible
- Previous VIP/UHNW experience preferred
- Prior Middle East experience advantageous
