Role: Maître D‘ for Fine Dining Restaurant
Location: Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
Salary: £6,000-£9,000k monthly (depending on experience)
Contract: Permanent

We are seeking a polished, experienced and highly professional Maître D‘ for a top Fine-Dining Restaurant located in the King Abdullah Financial District in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
The Maître D’ will have proven experience within a Michelin-starred level (or other high-level) fine-dining restaurant in London, New York (or another major international, ideally European City). Within this position you will prioritise ensuring the highest level of customer service is delivered, oversee restaurant reception duties and ensure the smooth running of shifts whilst providing a refined level of personalised guest experience. You should have experience of leading and motivating a team at all times.
A relocation package including flights and visas will be offered for the successful candidate
The Maître D’ will have;
- Excellent English language skills;
- A highly approachable and warm manner, and will thrive on interacting with Guests;
- A proactive approach with high attention to detail;
- An understanding of exceptional levels of guest service;
- Immaculate and stylish presentation;
- Highest levels of intuition and discretion;
- Experience managing shifts in a busy 5* hospitality environment;
