We are seeking an outstanding professional, warm and accomplished Live-in Domestic Couple for a VIP Client The Cotswolds
A 5-bedroomed Farmhouse set across 5-acres, is the main residence. The Principal travels great deal (up to 6 months of each year.), so when in-residence a great deal of flexibility, dedication and focus upon his needs is required. When the Client travels a much lighter schedule and time off is given
Although the Household is usually occupied by the Principal and his partner, almost every weekend his two daughters will visit the property with their nanny. Therefore the Couple must be extremely child friendly
Very high standards of both Housekeeping and Cooking are required. Preparing 3 daily meals for the principal and guests and using produce from the kitchen-garden, the cook should be accomplished in the kitchen and able accommodate vegan, vegetarian, gluten and dairy-free dishes
The Housekeeper should be skilled at laundry, wardrobe management and creating flower arrangements. As well as preparing the house for the principal, there are houseguests to accommodate occasionally, and small ‘get-togethers’ or shooting parties to facilitate
The other half of the Couple is responsible for driving duties (including looking after nine classic and modern cars), for airport runs, and drives to different parts of the country. General maintenance of the property and gardens (including kitchen garden, orchard and lawned areas) is also expected and Butler duties although informal, are required
Security of the property is a very high priority for both individuals. Other duties include shopping for food and maintaining simple household accounts
The right couple will be proactive, efficient, trustworthy, discreet, and able to manage their own time when the principal isn’t in residence.
Accommodation is a separate Studio Ensuite with little lounge and wood burner. A car is provided. This is a lovely family and a wonderful role
