Role: Live-In Nanny

Days/Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 8:00pm
Location: Istanbul, Turkey
Salary: £50,000 – £65,000 gross per annum (dependent on experience)
A warm and modern family based in Istanbul are seeking an experienced, engaging, English-speaking nanny to join them in a long-term, live-in position. You will support the development of two young children, a baby girl and a toddler boy, within a fully staffed household.
The family already employ a full-time caregiver, so the focus of this position is on English language exposure, interactive play, and providing an additional layer of attentive, high-quality childcare.
The household is fully staffed with a private chef, driver, and housekeeper, allowing the nanny to focus primarily on the children’s routines, development, and engagement. The children love active play, and the family value a nanny who can introduce a variety of stimulating, age-appropriate activities, including outdoor play, movement-based activities,. The eldest child attends daytime activities during the day, with all transport managed by the family’s driver.
The family are looking for someone warm, positive, and naturally engaging, with a clear and confident grasp of the English language. A proactive, playful, and energetic approach is key, alongside a genuine interest in early years development and supporting language acquisition in a natural, immersive way.
You should be confident working collaboratively within a staffed household and able to build a strong, trusting relationship with both children.
The role will include international travel throughout the year, so flexibility and previous travel experience are highly desirable. This is a live-in position, and the family do not require the nanny to drive.
