Role: Temporary Full-Time Nanny (Live-In or Live-Out)
Care for: B2 (school-aged) & Newborn baby (due October 2026)
Days/Hours: Monday–Friday, 7am–7pm (flexibility required during travel)
Location: South Kensington, London (with international travel, including Miami)
Salary: Circa £80,000 – £110,000 gross per annum
Start Date: 14th May 2026
Contract Length: Fixed-term until 14th December 2026
A warm, international family is seeking an experienced full-time nanny to join them on a fixed-term basis from mid-May through to mid-December 2026. The role will initially focus on supporting their school-aged son, alongside preparing for the arrival of a newborn baby due in October. A maternity nurse will be in place for approximately four to six months following the birth, allowing for a well-supported transition into a two-child dynamic.
The role will be primarily based in South Kensington, with international travel throughout the contract, including time spent in Miami and across Europe. While the family will be relocating longer-term to Miami, this position is being offered as a temporary engagement. There may be potential for sponsorship for the right candidate should there be mutual interest longer term.
The position can be offered on either a live-in or live-out basis while in London. During travel, a private bedroom and bathroom will always be provided. The schedule is structured around a five-day working week, Monday to Friday, although flexibility is essential during travel and holiday periods, including occasional overnight stays or consecutive working days where required, with overtime provided.
The family’s son is active, curious and thrives with a fun, engaging and developmentally focused approach outside of school hours. The nanny will support morning and after-school routines, plan age-appropriate activities, and maintain a calm, structured daily rhythm. Responsibilities include preparing meals and snacks for the child, supporting school logistics and extracurricular schedules, organising child-related items, and keeping the children’s areas tidy and well managed. The household is fully staffed, allowing the nanny to focus on childcare within a collaborative and well-run environment.
The ideal candidate will be warm, proactive and highly professional, with strong experience supporting school-aged children and confidence around newborn transitions. Experience within international, fully staffed homes would be highly valued. The family is looking for someone adaptable, discreet and comfortable managing a dynamic schedule and travel. A confident driver and strong swimmer would be advantageous.
A short handover period will be arranged to ensure a smooth transition ahead of the baby’s arrival and the evolving needs of the role.
