VIP LIFESTYLE MANAGER, ENGLISH/ARABIC SPEAKERS, RIYADH (KSA), ر.سSAR 25k-30k MONTHLY

Role: VIP Lifestyle Manager

Days: Sunday to Thursday

Hours; 0900 -1800, with out of hours availability 

Location: Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia 

Salary: 25,000-30,000 SAR Per Month (depending on experience)

Contract: Permanent

A hugely exciting and unique opportunity has arisen for a VIP Lifestyle Manager to lead the Division of one of the world’s leading Lifestyle Management Groups, and be based in the KSA

This is a pioneering position, and you will launch the official lifestyle management department in the KSA (currently serviced from Dubai where there is already a full-scale team in place)

Your primary duties involve providing a high-touch experience appropriate for UHNWs and Royal Family members in the KSA. Therefore the candidate must immerse themselves in Saudi culture, identify how services should be curated for a demanding audience and be able to exceed expectations. You should be able to effectively troubleshoot difficult member requests, intuitively suggest forward-thinking solutions, and ensure relevant proactivity to ensure very high renewal rates

As the business expands in the Kingdom, you will be expected to demonstrate strong business acumen, apply leverage to the global network of contacts and develop constructive partnerships, supplier relationships, and referrals. With the opportunity for quick career progression, this individual should be capable of mentoring and managing new recruits

You will ultimately be responsible for fulfilling the Company’s vision in order to be the global authority in luxury lifestyle management, and redefining excellence

Contractual hours for this role are 09:00-18:00 Sunday to Thursday to reflect the local working culture and requirements of the business and its’ Clients. Additional outside-hours availability and willingness to be on-call are integral to the role, in case of service-related emergency

Candidates should have a strong IT support systems knowledge, excellent organisational skills, meticulous attention to detail, solid business acumen and be passionate about customer service quality

Candidates from the following sectors are particularly welcome to apply; Front Office & Guest Relations within 5* Properties; Executive Assistant, Lifestyle/Account Management or Family Office Management

Candidates should be fully fluent in both English, Arabic  

Candidates should;

  • Have existing connections in the region with the confidence to socialize and expand networks;
  • Be able to develop and maintain their own contact books to ensure they are up to date with latest trends;
  • Cultivate strong personal Client relationships and closely manage each Member’s journey to fully emerge into Members’ family and professional lives, as their key primary contact;
  • Ensure high individual engagement, satisfaction, loyalty, retention, and perception of value;
  • Ensure relevant and meaningful introductions are made;
  • Ensure that Member requests are fulfilled in a timely manner and to the highest levels of personalisation and quality;
  • Ensure that a detailed, accurate and up to date CRM profile is held for each individual Member and that all Member activity, behaviour and spend data is captured in high detail
